Pilates sequence

Pilates Hertford Personal Trainer 01I love Pilates (“ok, tell something new Alex” some might say) and one way to practice which I really enjoy is to do the exercises in a kind of sequence that “flows”.
Also like to do it in some of my personal training sessions or classes as well but it works better if the client(s) know the exercises and modifications already. If there are new people not used to Pilates in the class it can be a little trickier to teach (possible though).
