Pilates breakthrough

Hope you are having a lovely and enjoyable week.
I love teaching Pilates and one of the reasons is because it’s amazing to watch when people manage to take control of their body and feel good and happy when realise they can move in ways they thought not to be possible for them. It happens on a weekly basis nowadays.
A couple of weeks back when teaching at Pow Yoga I could witness someone get really happy and excited for being able to do The Roll Over even though a week before she felt it was an impossible task.
The following week someone else managed to do The Roll Back perfectly just by correcting her posture and learning how to use her body as she already had the strength and flexibility for it.
It doesn’t matter what is your actual fitness level. From a complete beginner to an Iron Man athlete. You get better, enhance your performance, improve your posture and FEEL good with Pilates.
There are 34 original mat exercises in Pilates (designed by Joseph Pilates) and hundreds of variations based on this exercises.
