Sessions can be held at multiple locations for your convenience:

– At my private studio in Hertford Heath – equipped with two Reformer Pilates machines for a more dynamic Pilates experience.

– At your home, office, or local park – I can bring the equipment to you for a personalized, convenient session.

– Online – For clients who prefer remote sessions, I offer personalized online training via video conferencing.

 3. Do you offer group sessions?

Yes, I offer group fitness classes for those looking to train with others in a supportive environment. These include Pilates, Yoga, and various strength training workouts. Feel free to contact me for more information about group schedules.

 4. What are the benefits of Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates helps improve strength, flexibility, and posture through resistance-based exercises. It’s particularly beneficial for those recovering from injuries, managing pain (especially back pain), or aiming to improve overall strength and flexibility. The Reformer Pilates machines at my studio are ideal for a more dynamic and targeted workout experience.

 7. How do I know which training program is right for me?

During our initial consultation, I will assess your current fitness level, discuss your goals, and consider any injuries or limitations you may have. Based on this, I will recommend a personalized training plan that is specifically designed to help you achieve your objectives.

 8. What are your rates?

– 30-minute session: £30

– 60-minute session: £50

 9. Can I schedule a consultation before booking a session?

Yes, I offer a free consultation where we can discuss your goals, training preferences, and any questions you may have. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other and determine the best approach for your fitness journey.

 10. What should I bring to my session?

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. If you’re attending a Pilates or yoga session, I recommend bringing a towel and mat (though I can provide these if necessary). For Reformer Pilates sessions, everything will be provided at the studio.

 11. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

I understand that life can be unpredictable. Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
