The Journey that Led Me Here

With over 30 years of experience as a personal trainer and instructor of Yoga, Pilates, and Reformer, I’ve helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives. From weight loss and toning to preparing for marathons, triathlons, and mountain climbing, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients to deliver impressive results.

I believe in a collaborative approach to personal training, working closely with my clients to create individually tailored and focused nutritional and training programs. Whether using tried and tested systems and techniques or innovative approaches outlined in my blog, my aim is to ensure client satisfaction and success.

In addition to personal training, I offer a wide variety of group fitness classes, including Spin, Bodycombat, Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bodystep, Kettlebell, Circuit, X-Bike, Antenatal sessions, and self-defense instruction. My passion for martial arts started at the age of 8 when I became a Brazilian karate/self-defense/martial arts instructor. I eventually earned a 5th dan black belt and became a Krav Maga instructor in June 2011.

I hold a degree in Sports Science/Physical Education, followed by postgraduate qualifications in Personal Training and Physiology of Exercise, which you can find listed on my website.
